An introduction to the artist’s work
A visual tattoo portfolio sits alongside the artist introduction and studio information. The booking form collects a prospective client’s tattoo idea and accepts an optional reference image, giving the studio context before the first conversation.
Admin and lead management
The studio workspace brings an overview, lead list, appointment calendar, and website analytics into one interface. New lead indicators and recent inquiries help the artist identify requests that need attention.
Appointment calendar
Confirmed leads appear on the calendar after staff assign an appointment date and time. A monthly view and agenda support appointment review, with upcoming sessions also visible in the overview. Submitting the public form sends a request; it does not automatically confirm an appointment.
Website analytics
A dedicated analytics section provides reporting periods of seven, thirty, or ninety days. Website activity and inquiry information give the studio a way to review interest in its work alongside the leads coming into the booking workflow.
